Meet your Local Distillers – TOMORROW!

TOMORROW: 4/19/12 – 6:30pm – 8:30pm

Single Silo Vodka

Single Silo Vodka is produced within the walls of  handcrafted from Washington Winter Wheat grown by Joe & Anita Sprauer on their family farm.

Meet your Local Distillers

Wheat has been grown on their fields just outside Withrow, Washington continuously since 1889. It is *the* optimum ingredient for premium vodka.

It is the fruit of several sets of hands, hearts and minds complimented by a range of equipment. Our equipment is simple. We build our own stills and create our processes from the ground up.

Distillation is a stupendous phenomena and we pay it tribute through our work and equipment. It is a labor of love and it makes damn fine booze.

Big Gin

Big Gin came to fruition during copious test batches—different botanics, technique, & equipment was tirelessly exploited. After time, we concluded test batch #27 was the old-world, English dry we had been searching for.

With a burnt orange & juniper nose, finishing with a savory spice, Big Gin’s versatile without loosing ginner appeal. Big Gin is batch distilled in our 100-gallon Vendome pot still, in a traditional manner.

The quality of materials, skill of distiller & articulate attention to detail is what creates an exceptional product.
